Returns Policy

No returns or refunds.

Exchanges may be considered if prints are damaged during delivery. In this case prints must be returned back by post to the business address. Once received, a replacement will be sent off using the same delivery option the customer selected during their initial transaction.

Delivery

Standard delivery is free across the store and can take between 3-5 days for prints or stickers. All other items are dispatched from a third party and can take anywhere between 5-14 days.

Price

The price of each item takes into account the cost of making, printing, packaging and postage. Additional fees may be added for quicker deliveries at checkout.

Terms/Phrases

‘Print’ refers to a single copy of artwork

‘Print on demand’ refers to a service whereby customers can request prints of specific artwork that is not currently stocked in the store.

Quality

A standard of high quality is maintained throughout the printing, handling and shipping of each print. 

Payments

Online card payments can be made at checkout. Refunds and returns are not permitted, however discretion can be exercised for prints damaged in transit with exchanges being offered.
